What you should know
Parking is property-specific, not area-wide
Off-street parking exists on some blocks and not at all on others. It is one of the biggest practical differences between two homes at a similar price here.
Topography affects the house itself
Hillside lots can mean stepped entries, tucked-under garages and basements built into grade. Inspection scope matters more than usual.
The three names are not interchangeable
Manayunk, Roxborough and East Falls have different street patterns, housing types and price ranges. Searching all three as one area produces confusing results.
